Since 1946 Laird at Mr Cobbs has been known for manufacturing top quality bridles. All bridles are handmade and hand-stitched with fine attention to detail and precision craftsmanship.

Only the best quality Berkshire bridle backs is used and the leather is always at least 3.5mm thick for maximum durability and strength. All edges are prepared to ensure the best protection for the leather and the most comfort for your horse.

Our bridles are double hand-stitched with hand-waxed thread, using more stitches per inch that most others.

This exclusive top class leather bridle features a softly padded and shaped Pollpiece with a comfortable cut-out design to allow for more ear room. The noseband’s poll strap is nestled inside the pollpiece for further comfort. Your horse feels very comfortable in this bridle due to reduced poll pressure. Buckle ended Cheekpieces allow for a smooth flat feel against your horse’s face. The Crank Noseband is soft padded with a wider centre so that the pressure over your horse’s nose is evenly distributed. The back of the Crank Noseband is thickly padded to prevent pressure on the sensitive nerves in the jaw. A wide shaped and padded Browband completes this exceptional bridle. This bridle comes standard with Soft Touch Reins made from top quality Nappa Leather, for a soft gentle touch.
